Great location near to town centre, shops and the sea, station and town, everything excellent. Location really close to the beach. Easy access to The Oak Bakery, just 5 minutes walk. Nice welcome from host. Comfy, airy rooms with a comfy bed. Vews of the sea.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and cool beach bars and cafes. Plus, some good restaurants nearby. Also, the staff and host were super friendly and made us feel like part of the family. 🌊

This place was perfect, close to the town center, we didn't want to leave and would love to visit again.

The apartment had high-end furnishings and a stylish bathroom. The location was perfect, with a view of picturesque rooftops and the sea. The bed was comfortable and the shower was marvelous. the apartment was well-equipped with a water boiler, Nescafe machine, and a fridge, which were regularly restocked.

There were limited sitting options, with only the bed or sofa available. This made it challenging to have meals at the small coffee table.

The location was perfect for my needs, with free parking available in nearby streets. the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. I loved the little kitchen area, equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster, and even a microwave if needed. the bathroom was modern and spacious, a real treat. Marie, the host, was welcoming and provided great communication regarding parking and transportation in the area. Cons: All was good 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at the Penthouse Suite in St Leonards. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea and charming rooftops. The bed was comfortable, and the spacious bathroom had a marvelous shower. The room was well decorated, and everything was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the small welcome pack with tea and coffee. The hosts were excellent communicators, keeping us informed and even offering extra tea and coffee. We also found free parking eventually, despite the common parking challenges in the area. we highly recommend this comfortable and well-equipped apartment.

The only drawback was the limited sitting options, either on the bed or the sofa. However, we made do with sitting at the small coffee table, enjoying the view.

The host was not very welcoming and made us feel uncomfortable. We arrived slightly early and despite calling ahead, the host complained about our early arrival.

This hotel had a great location, with stunning views of the sea and picturesque rooftops. the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a marvelous shower were definite highlights. I also appreciated the fact that the room was well equipped with a water boiler and a Nescafe machine, which were regularly refilled with teabags and coffee.

One major downside was the lack of seating options in the room. If you wanted to have your own breakfast or supper, you had to make do with a small and low coffee table, with a view of your possibly unmade bed.
